Be An Exhibitor
It is our honor to officially extend to you an invitation to the 2012
Western North Carolina Safety & Health Conference. Take a moment to browse
the website and look at the exciting events occurring at this year's
conference. We anticipate a flow of over 400 attendees including human
resources managers, safety managers, environmental managers, medical
professionals, funeral home directors, government sector employees,
industry owners and workers.

This year our exhibitors will be located throughout the conference area
and in Burghley A (booth choice will be determined by order of
registration). We are also opening our Exhibition Hall earlier than
previous years and extending time on Day 3. There will also be longer
breaks for exhibitor visits. Check out the schedule for details. Open
Monday 7:45am - 5:00pm, Tuesday 7:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesday 7:30am -
1:00pm.

The exhibition registration fee of $375.00 includes:
- Electrical outlet(110volt/20amp)
- 1 Covered table, 2 chairs
- Breaks/snacks
- Tuesday Lunch for 2 (additional tickets are available for cost)
- Wednesday Brunch for 2 (additional tickets are available for cost)
- Monday Welcome Reception
- Tuesday On-Site Casino Event
- Ability to participate in the Biltmore Wine Tasting (additional fees required)
- Ability to play in golf outing (additional fees required)
- Wi-Fi Access in Exhibitor Area
- Option to include printed materials in participants handout materials
- List of attendees and contact information as provided to board In addition we
are listing vendors on our webpage and providing links to their website if the
vendor so wishes. This can all be arranged during the on-line registration
Participation in General Sessions including keynote speeches and attendance in
breakout sessions as time allows.
You can even tee it up in the Annual Captain's Choice Golf Event being held
at The Grove Park Inn and Spa on Monday, November 5th. There are also
opportunities to provide door prizes to be awarded in your name as well as
sponsor golf holes which will include signage indicating your contributions. If
you are looking to get your company name out there, we offer many opportunities
for sponsorship (lunches, golf, receptions, etc).
This conference is a terrific opportunity for companies and organizations to
meet and network with a diverse audience as well as gain some contacts for
